You are invited to gather with your fellow elder law attorneys at the 2023 UnProgram. The AFELA UnProgram is a dynamic and interactive seminar

covering the hot topics in elder law.

The UnProgram Advanced track, limited to AFELA Member attorneys practicing in the area of Elder Law for 5+ years, will be held on Friday, December 6 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The UnProgram Meet the Mentors, open to all attorneys, will be held on Saturday, December 7 from 8:00 am to 3:45 pm.

In an effort to return to the true nature of the Whiteboard sessions, the Friday schedule reflects sessions devoted to discussing elder law hot topics in a group format initiated by attorneys in attendance.  There is an opportunity on the registration form to enter your topic ideas. Please come prepared to discuss current elder law issues that have arisen in your practice, problems you need help solving or issues you have successfully resolved.

The Saturday Meet the Mentors program is comprised of diverse breakout sessions, each of which is geared toward elder law attorneys with varying levels of experience. There are advanced sessions as well as sessions focusing on more basic concepts. Participants, facilitators and sponsors will engage in relaxed networking and share information in intimate group workshops.
