Bio:
David H. Jacoby received his Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1986 from Florida State University. He then attended Stetson University College of Law where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1989. In February of 1990, he established his law office in Brevard County, Florida.
Presently, David H. Jacoby is a member of and on the Board of Directors for The Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys. He is a member of The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Brevard County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, the Florida State Guardianship Association, and the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar. He currently sits on The Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) Committee of the Elder Law Section of The Florida Bar.
David Jacoby served on the Board of Directors for several years at HealthSouth Sea Pines Rehabilitation Hospital; served on the Board of Directors for Carriage Gate Homeowners Association; served as an Adjunct Instructor at Barry University instructing Business Law I and II; and served on the Board of Directors of the Brevard County Jewish Community School. Mr. Jacoby is married to his wife, Erin, and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
